88 A particularly important task for the South-East European society is to carry out an overall industrial planning for South-Eastern Europe. This work has been entrusted to the society by the Reichswirtschaftsministerium at the suggestion of the Reich Group Industry and the Central European Economic Day. The South-Eastern European Society, in agreement with these bodies, has set up a Committee for Economic Planning, which, under the leadership of the South-East European society, includes all scientific institutes, economic organisations, etc., which are involved in the scientific and practical implementation of industrial planning - South-east. It is therefore necessary to ensure that the task of industrial planning - South-East is tackled and carried out centrally according to uniform aspects. To this end, a plan on the scientific problem and on the distribution of the tasks between the individual bodies represented in this planning committee is in preparation. This work is linked to the implementation of the intergovernmental industrial committee negotiations, which, as far as they take place in Germany, will be transferred to Vienna to a greater extent than in the past. In the context of South-Eastern Europe society, the German-Bulgarian industry committee negotiations took place in Vienna, followed by negotiations with the Romanian industry in January. In these industry committee discussions were held the discussions for which the basis was laid in the government committee negotiations. In addition to the practical implementation of the governmental committee procedures, they serve above all as a basis for the collegial understanding of the leaders of the participating industries and industry groups.
