Furthermore, an advisory board will be appointed for the state office of Moravia-Silesia by the Btell representative chairman of the Administrative Council, Judge G.Krczal. The Beiret is intended to assist the head of the institution for the territory of the state office of Moravia-Silesia in all important matters. Its powers are governed by a special business regulation. It should have the rights and obligations reserved to the Insured Committee at the Public Property Enrichment Institution of Sudetenland. V. The executive board. The executive committee consists of 1/the senior director of the Gesantanstalt 2/a deputy for Bohemia /Pg.Steidl/ 3/ a deputy for the state office Moravia /PG.Holley 4/ the other directors of the whole institution. VI. The powers of the Board of Directors, the Director-General and the members of the institution shall be governed by the draft Statute of the Sudetenland Public Property Insurance Institution. VII. In accordance with the new organization, the statutes of the public-law property insurance institution submitted to the Reichswirts@raftsminister will be amended by the incorporation of the Moravian mutual insurance institution and the new statutes will determine the administrative independence of the Brno office and the powers of the advisory board to be set up for the same purpose. §8 must be extended in the context of the special official legal questions of the Moravian State Office. The German officials of the institution receive the rights and obligations of indirect seizing officials. Czech officials can only be considered as employees. The material status of civil servants must in no case be worse than that previously guaranteed by the order of duty.The settlement of these questions will take place in agreement with the DAF, district administration of Brno.
