In particular, the following conditions have been laid down: 'The apparatus of the present Moravian-Silesian institution is being expanded into a state centre in Moravia-Silenia in the joint new institution. It is divided into the entire territory of the Regierungsbezirk Troppau, the Moravian part of the Protectorate, the Czech part of Iglauer Sprachinsel and the South Moravian area. The state office of Moravia-Silesia thus created has to manage the entire insurance portfolio in these areas, regardless of whether it is administered by the present state of Moravia or by today's public authorities. In particular, the insurance portfolios of the Landesstelle Mähren-Schlesien are the insurance holdings of the Hauptstelle der Oeffentlich-rechten in Weidenau, Grulich, Gross-Stiebnitz as well as of the other associations taken over and those stocks which are administered by the Hauptstellt Reichenberg and Eger. The stated territorial principle for the Landsstelle comes into force. The state office of Moravia-Schlesien has to enjoy the most extensive self-government within the new public-law institution. The accounting management takes place at the central office. The assets of the former Moravian-Silesian and Al-Al-Ler in the territory of the Regierungsbezirk Troppau, former mutual insurance associations, are used and invested only in the region of the Landsstelle Moravia-Schlesien.
