It is promised that the locomotives will be repaired more quickly. First of all, long preparatory work, which is at all a prerequisite for locomotive repairs, should be created, such as the laying of infeed gills, storage halls, assembly facilities, etc. This means that only in 1/4 or 1/2 year the industry could start repairing locomotives.
