The employer is not entitled to withhold the workbook. Improper or involuntary registrations in the workbook are corrected or supplemented by the employment office or by the health insurance institutions. Implication or forgery of the work book is punished as imitation or falsification of an authentic document. If the employment relationship is resolved or the employment ends, the employee must personally report to the employment office (branch) and present the workbook for inspection. ARB Before the employee takes up employment which has not been assigned to him by the employment department, he must report to his permanent employment office or branch. In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health Administration, the employment office will hand over the form for registration for health insurance to the employees. Work books are issued free of charge and stamp. For lost or damaged work books, the health insurance institution will charge a fee upon delivery of the replacement work book. Infringements or infringements of these provisions shall be punishable by fines of up to K 50,000 and arrests of as many as 6 months or by one of these penalties. The workbook cannot be issued immediately as a home worker, as an intermediate worker or as a housekeeper or as an assistant to the family member of the workbook. 14 15
