In addition, work has been undertaken on the redesign of all existing union tariffs in order to adapt them to changing circumstances. In inland freight transport, transport connections with the Sudeten and Slovakia remained valid for the calculation of freight charges with the previous tariffs and for the distance of kilometres from 1932.
