As far as the latter should be the case, I ask for instructions as to whether the proposal made by Mr. Joachim can be complied with. 2. Moravian-Ostrava. In this case, if it were not for Mr Beyerl's sake, a new appointment would be necessary, thinking of the Council of Governors Landmann or Councillor Stumm from the Ministry of the Interior, whose use as the Councillor of State is desired by Mr Stuckart. Councillor Landmann is in and of himself the senior official. Secretary of State Stuckart considers the Council of State Stumm to be particularly suitable for the occupation of a more difficult Oberlandrat post. 3. Olmütz. Her letter to Mr. Ministerial Director of Helms, which has not yet come into my hands, will probably have come out in the meantime. Also for this the two above mentioned Councils of Government would be suitable to and for them. 4. Pilsen.
