I have been informed that you have told the ministerial councillor Dr Kernert that it would be worth to withdraw the Oberlandrat Möller von Jitschin, since the party would have to suspend all kinds of things on it. Before I consider a transfer of Dr. Möller, I ask you to inform me of the reasons for the transfer of the Dr. Müller in detail. Furthermore, as successor of the Oberlandrat Dr.Ringel in Königgrätz, the party should have considered the upper government councilman Männel from Reichenberg. I would also like to ask for a communication on this subject, but I would like to draw attention to the fact that we are currently considering plans for the merger of the Oberlandrat districts, before the conclusion of which an appointment of new Oberland Councils seems to me to be inconceivable.
