A St.S. IV c - 332/43. Prague, 7 July 1943. 1.) Note: Head of Section v.Popelka asked on 6 July for his occasional visit to the office for the consent that radios available from the presidents of Hácha are not removed from the shortwave devices. There are a total of three devices. One device is located at Lana Castle. The rest of the equipment was located on the Prague Castle. As a reason, v.Popelka stated that it left an unfavourable impression, even if Hácha, like any other protectorate member, received the shortwave equipment of his radios. Furthermore, it could be objected that Hákha had at that time received the permission to listen to foreign radio. I replied that, as far as I could overlook it, the consent requested was likely to be given. 4-Sturmbannführer Wolf, whom I dealt with on a telephonic basis with the matter following the interview with v.Popel- ka, agrees that the three devices retain the shortwave devices and will contact the Hácha Registry directly. 2.) K.H. submits this note to the Secretary of State for approval. 3.) Then to say yes! Yiev and antarm and Bas. Rlanfa
