bV On 26.l0.l942 the decree of the chief of the police order of 19.10.1942 - Kdo. I W 3 101 d No. 4l5/42- has been received by the police procurement office in Prague. In the decree the police purchase office is ordered to immediately order the shoemaker master Stanislaus Ulehla to deliver a pair of lace-up shoes according to the pattern of the Wehr=. Major Grappendorf and Councillor Wiczorek visited the companies Bata A.G. in Zlin and Gottlieb Singer in Klattau in the period from 3-6.ll.l942 in Prague on the occasion of a mission from the Main Office of the Order Police. On this occasion, with regard to the present provable position of the Central Authority for Public Contracts in the case of Ulehla Major Grappendorf, I have proposed that the matter be discussed orally with Mr Rittershausen, head of the Centre for Public Procurement in Prague. Mr. Rittershausen was not to be spoken on 6.ll.l942, wes= half Major Grappendorf and Councillor Wiczorek returned to Berlin on 7.ll.I942. Major Grappendorf explained to me that he would speak to Mr.Rittershouse remotely from Berlin and take care of the matter. A supplementary order to the decree of 19.10.1942 -Kdo.
