The Head of Division V Prague, 7 October 1943. - No.1969/43 - nested Eloga 14. OKT.1943 To 4-Upper Group Leader Minister of State On the order of July 2, 1943 -St.S.IV B - 33 e/43 -. Subject: Control of cyclists at the roads of the city of Prague. The road control carried out on July 8, 1943 had concluded that of 2 988 cyclists stopped, 651 had almost new tyres with little use. According to the inspection of these 65 l stables by the German Crimean police, the following reports are to be reported: Jn l72 cases have been properly acquired against reference quantities. Jn 434 cases have bought the tyres before 1 November 1940, i.e. before the introduction of the registration certificate. In 15 cases, the tyres were bought as used by private individuals after 1 November l940. In 5 cases the previous owners of the tyres could not be determined, since the present owners could not give the name of the previous owner. Mjn 25 cases the owners have bought the tyres after the introduction of the reference certificate without reference certificate. There is an urgent suspicion that the tyres have been acquired in violation of the reference certificate regulations. These cases are being prosecuted. Thus, it appears that probably not quite 1 % of the stopped cyclists have violated the provisions on tyre management. It is not necessary to prevent the fact that individual management measures are repeatedly violated. The effort required to eliminate these last means of circumvention would not result in any success. Staskaanki! 2. Sin 3o falle find anng lo Eenpnt frepe sa m ant fam 29)5 ©t.M$9-33i/43
