In the summer months it will be possible to spend quotas of about 80 - 90 000 bicycle covers per month. They will be able to meet the needs of the workers and important other equipment quite satisfactorily. On the basis of a recent meeting with Mr Köster, the Commissioner responsible for the supply of occupational clothing and footwear, this quota will be allocated to him, which will be subject to his distribution in detail and of which he will explain to me today that they will ensure that the workers' legitimate requirements for bicycle tyres are met.
