The victorious Great German Empire, which on the one hand shatters Bolshevism and on the other hand the Western plutocracy, is building a new Europe on new, powerful foundations. The question is whether the Czech people want to participate in this construction of the new Europe and all the advantages that it brings to our people or not. The vast majority of the members of the teaching staff, the students of our middle and/or higher technical schools come quietly, who are undisturbed and reasonable in their compulsory schooling and cannot be misled by any agitation. Nevertheless, there are also some hotheads among you who are recklessly seduced by alien agitation, their heroes think when they hold secret meetings at closed doors, write anonymous threatening and shameful letters, design and distribute leaflets, meet at night secretly, smear the walls or listen to foreign stations. Make it clear to you that these foolish young men and these illegal acts cannot endanger the kingdom, but that they can harm our people, expose them to great dangers, and inflict irrevocable damage on them.May those of you who act like this not be considered martyrs who are willing to go to prison or give their lives;this is not the case here.
