V S For a contemporary of the fighting in Serbia in 19l4 and 19l5 there is no doubt that the present-day Kingdom of Yugoslavia is falling into a catastrophe that is not only the sure demise of the Yugoslav state, but probably also the destruction of the entire Serbian people. In the interest of Yugoslavia and in the interests of the whole of Europe, it is necessary that, in this fateful hour at the address of Yugoslavia, the warning voice of personality should be heard which, in Europe and the whole world, has the necessary weight and importance: your vote, President-in-Office of the Council. I am convinced, Your Excellency, that this initiative would also increase the weight and importance of the Czech nation in the rich, in the saved Yugoslavia and in the whole educated Aryan world.
