Translation from Czech. Prague, 7 April 1941. To Dr. Emil Hácha, President of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, Prag. Since November 5, l939, it is the second time that I turn to you, as head of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, with a draft which I consider to be my responsibility as a Czech and a protectorate member: warn the young King of Yugoslavia of the disastrous policies of today's Yugoslavian government! If someone in Europe is called upon to make such a historic warning appeal to the whole world and at the same time obliged to do so, then you, the President-in-Office of the Council of the Czechoslovak Republic, are co-creators of the Act of State of March 5, 1939 and have been President of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia since its establishment.
