99a so far, with the note "Free by replacement Reich" and imprint of the seal of service, no matter whether they are to be promoted by the Deutsche Dienstpost or by the Protectorate Post. (b) All other bodies must release their consignments in an orderly manner with trade marks of the German Reich, insofar as the consignments are to be transported with the German Service Post, not trademarks of the Protectorate, in so far as the shipments are intended to be carried with the Protectorates Post. (d) As in the rest of the Reich, the authorities, the service providers of the NSDAP and their divisions, etc., may send toll-paying service letters and postcards (but not other shipments!) from l.l.4l to non-free. The fee must then be paid by the recipient. Only the simple fee, i.e. no follow-up fee, is charged. The provisions concerning this are set out in Appendix 2 in the extract. They apply both to the dispatch via the Deutsche Dienstpost and via the Protectorate Post. e) The regulations on the field post remain unaffected. f) The national authorities of the protectorate will use service marks in the future. I would ask that the relevant departments of your company be informed in detail of the changes in order to ensure that the encroachment is carried out as smoothly as possible and to avoid the unpleasant collection of additional fees for all parties involved - On behalf of Dr. Hroch certified: ILCAde Kchfirh OPOLEE Post Assistant RemiopsdaoE 24015
