The Secretary of State has become aware that German officials working in autonous authorities conduct negligent telephone calls in a confidential manner. The Secretary of State would like to see a very sharp House ruling on this matter, and would like the German officials in the autonomous authorities to ask for the necessary restraint in telephone calls.
