9a 26 — Notice on the German-Italian Agreement on Compensation for War Damage. On 29 December 1942. (RGBL. II p. 7, issued on 26 January 1943.) On 26 October 1942, an agreement on compensation for war damage was signed in Rome by representatives of the German Reich and the Kingdom of Italy, along with a final protocol. The Agreement shall enter into force on 1 January 1943. The Agreement and its Final Protocol shall be published below.
