16a It would be urgently necessary if at least one full-fledged male teacher were to be ordered there in addition. At the German elementary school in Liehn /Bezirk Pilsen-Land/, the head teacher Johann Bruekbauer, whose school achievements and extraordinary aurtreter often give reasons for complaints. His teaching is not methodically impeccable and accordingly his educational achievements are only mediocre. He also has difficulties with his colleagues due to his unbalanced nature as headmaster of the school. He lacks the necessary feeling of cohesion and cooperation with the other Germans, in particular with the party services at the place, so that the desire to replace him elsewhere was expressed in various ways. I also consider this to be frustrating.
