As reported to Mr Staatninistar, south of Ostrava, the Ereten Panzer Army, Lieutenant General Braune, has established itself and has already made extensive arrangements with regard to the use of the executive to secure the backward links. The orders cross with the order, which é-Obersturm bannführer Lönholdt received as inspector for the route guarantee in Moravia. The Minister of State has urged you to report immediately to Lieutenant-General Braune, not to mention the special circumstances in the Council of Ministers and to continue to mean that only the Minister of the State could have the executive power, on the part of the Minister for State, to meet the wishes of the field force to secure the back-up links.
