As is reported to the Minister of State, south of Ostrava, the First Panzer Army, Lieutenant General Braune, has established itself and has already made extensive arrangements with regard to the use of the executive to secure the backward links. The orders cross with the order, which 4-Obersturm bannführer Lönholdt received as inspector for the route guarantee in Moravia. The Minister of State urges you to report immediately to Lieutenant General Braune, to draw attention to the special circumstances in the Protectorate, and to continue to mean that only the Minister of the State can have the executive power, on the part of the Minister for State, to meet the wishes of the field force to secure the backward links. I would be grateful if you would report to the Minister of State on the state of affairs.
