Statistics must be set off separately for each month. The monthly results must then be compiled into an overall result for the completed quarter. For all the offences counted, the total number of cases covered in the preceding quarter and the sub-numbers for the three consecutive months must be entered in the longitudinal column 2 of the form. The statistical material shall be transmitted by the local police authorities (gendarmerie) by way of service to the criminal police stations which have to carry out the compilation for their district. However, the services in which several partial results are obtained by the service and where the interest in monitoring the development of crime within their district (e.g. government presidents) remains unaffected by the fact that these partial results have already been compiled on their own initiative and then pass on the overall result. The criminal police offices, which are not criminal police control centres, shall send the evidence compiled for their entire district to the relevant criminal police authorities (date 16 of the month following each quarter of the year). The criminal police control centres produce an overall set-up for the district of their control centre, to which the individual reports of the corresponding criminal police stations must be attached. Thus, individual reports for the area, for which they are equal to criminal police station, must be included. The statements must be sent to the Reichs- Kriminalpolizeiamt. Date: 20. In addition, the RF4uChdDtPol. has ordered it to submit quarterly reports on the increase and decrease of the individual penalties and on their distribution to the various parts of the country, cities and police departments. For this reason, special nettings should be made on the required form ‘Positive criminal statistics'.
