Persecution of criminal offences. Local police- In all cases in which criminal acts are committed before gypsies, authorities, etc. Gendarmerie Zigeunermischlingen or gypsy-like persons who are found or suspected, the relevant police station shall be notified in accordance with the "General Instructions for the Criminal Police Reporting Service and Detection Service", using the RKP forms 13 and 14. In the event of repeated pre-punishment, a migration certificate or permission to drive a motor vehicle will usually be refused. Traveler's trade certificates must in principle be refused if they can serve as a cover to commit criminal acts, in particular the typical gypsy crimes, in which the customs of the gypsies play a special role (such as begging, divination, healthy prayers). If there is a reasonable reason for withdrawing a permit, it must be removed from the holder and sent to the criminal police department with a report. Circular police - Prohibitions of residence against foreign gypsies, gypsy authorities or persons moving by Gypsies must be pronounced if they appear to be practical.
