II. Current control. Wherever gypsies, gypsy minions or people moving around according to Gypsies-local police are concerned, they must be subjected to a thorough examination by an authority and gendarmerie. If the person cannot be properly identified or if no identification documents can be presented on the basis of identity documents, the recognition service treatment must be carried out and, moreover, as in the case of registration (p. 210 11-12). When carrying out controls, particular care shall be taken to ensure that abducted minors, persons sought or objects obtained through criminal offences are carried along. In such cases or where there is a threat to the general public by asocial 'behaviour within the meaning of point A.I.9 of the Decree, immediate notification must be made to the competent criminal police department so that it can immediately initiate the procedure. III. Treatment of criminal persons. 1. Preventive activity. In the case of gypsies, gypsy minnows and gypsum repatriation and moving persons, a proposal of a standard of police preventive measures must be applied in the event of a particularly strict circumstances.
