331 139 Contract for the supply of the German Wehrmacht in Slovakia. I. The Slovak Government will provide the necessary means of payment for the provision of supplies to the German wehrmaekt in Slovakia (a) b) the benefits in kind described below. II. The competent department of the German Wehrmacht will nomally request the required payment appropriations until the 25th of each month with the Slovak government - the finance minister. The Slovak Ministry of Finance will make these amounts available to the Slovak National Bank no later than the 1st of the following month on the bank account of the Wehrmascht Zentralkassc. III, Benefits in kind of the Slovak Government within the meaning of point Ib of this Treaty are in particular: 1. Goods intended for the satisfaction of troops' needs, in particular the obligation for men and horses, see point IV. - 2. Execution of buildings, see paragraph V. 3. Property and accommodation. Provision of land for military purposes, in particular for military facilities and facilities, district services, see points VI. and VII. 4, transport and communication facilities, see point VIII. Goods for military needs / catering for man and horse, leather and textile goods, accommodation equipment and consumables, operating materials, horses and means of transport, medical and veterinary equipment, weapons and ammunition, etc./ will be provided by the Slovak government to the German authorities in general for what had to be done for the needs of the Slovak army. In addition, further services will be provided in the interest of joint management if and to the extent that the supply situation and the compatible export quotas permit.
