If the arrested staff member has been released within 6 weeks, the suspension can be lifted without further delay and the salary reduction can be reversed. If the arrested staff member returns from detention after 6 weeks, the provisional suspension and reduction of the detention period, or already confirmed by the Disciplinary Commission, must be maintained, but must be kept immediately with the authority of the Reichsprotector due to the further questioning of the measures. Irrespective of this, the BdS gives the group the opportunity to carry out the suspension and reduction of salaries of a public official of the relevant Kemtnis group.
