STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 2736, sig. 109-14/39
English Translation
5h -2- It is an old historical, but also a clear National Socialist realization that Bohemia and Moravia cannot be without the Empire and that, on the other hand, a strong empire of Bohemia and of Moravia must have an insoluble component within its borders. All in violation of this principle - the political attempts and intentions led to the fate of the countries of Bohemia and Moravia and their inhabitants, but also to the weakening of the empire. In this realization, the leader carried out a significant historical act on 16 March 1939 with the peaceful reintegration of the Bohemians and Moravians into the kingdom. It was a great hour of world history when the leader of the new empire stood on the Prague Castle. In it the foundations for a new order and the country and its inhabitants were given new life possibilities for all future. But this also made it clear the task of living generation. What decades ago happened in these areas against the empire, which had been especially in the last years of a Czechoslovak sham state in the sense of the Jewish-free Mauritanian policy of discord and had been sinned against by the European government, had and must now be corrected or wiped out in the spirit of a true European empire policy. After the formal incorporation of Bohemia and Moravia into the Reich under the state law, the task now is: the complete spiritual and spiritual reconquest of Bohemia, Moravia and its annexation for the Reich and the idea of the Reich. This great task is not postponed even by the war imposed upon us. However, the war has its special laws: much of what National Socialism has begun or sent to bring about for the re-order in this area had to be omitted or postponed. Instead of major reforms, especially in the social field, there were severe war restrictions. This heaviest and greatest war, in which decisions fall on centuries, is totally waged in all areas and knows no regard for individual individuals or for the extent to which they decide on the world.
