In the adaptation of the protectorate administration to the administration of the empire, positive Czechs see the guarantee of a reduction of what they believe to be said by the appointment of German heads or district chiefs a smooth functioning of the administration also in the protectorates. Even in this context, the wish was expressed (District of Taus and Pisek) that, beyond the administration, the Czech jurisdiction of the empire should be adapted and drawn up in accordance with the German model. Criticisms about the administrative conversion have a factual, regional and thus economic as well as political character. It is also the question of often unexplained jurisdiction, which often gives rise to complaints. On the Czech side, there is also a consideration of the reconstruction in political terms, by subverting the conversion the goal of a gradual complete Germanization. Political senior officials of the German administration in the OLB Pilsen summarize their criticism of the complete restructuring of the administration as follows: The easing of the administrative system in Bohemia and Moravia envisaged by Ij-Obergruppen leader Heydrich is without doubt an advantageous and to be welcomed measure in every respect, but it had not been carried out consistently. Instead of the planned reduction in staff, there is a shortage of staff. Forest, employment and now agriculture, must be like a bankruptcy, in which each job involved was or is trying to cut off for their own best and most advantageous, one has an involuntarily the impression of typical post hunting. The district authority, the managing or the regional authority, etc., represented a kind of dissuasion in which the majority of the population and in many cases also officials themselves did not know. Regionally, it had been strongly sinned. i had simply been converted, dissolved and closed from the green table, without having to deal with economic and transport problems.
