English Translation
The General Inspector of the Administration of Prague, 15 December 1942, Mr. General Oberst D a l u e g e for the meeting of the Oberlandraten inspectors on 17 December 1942 at 10 a.m. in the Czernin Palais, room No. 240. Mr. Oberst spoke to the inspectors of the Reichsprotektor on 15 May 1942. On 1 June 1942, they were assigned the duties for their future activities, explaining in detail the rights and responsibilities of the inspectors. Now that 1 2 years have passed, the reports of the inspectors themselves and the reports on their activities sent to the Superior General can be seen to have fully met the expectations of the Inspectors in their legislation. They have understood, thanks to their great experience and the position granted to them by the Reichsprotektor, how to enforce the orders and orders on the front of the administration and to implement this front in accordance with the political guidelines given to them.In the monthly reports and special reports they have pointed out the shortcomings and errors which have often been made according to their own proposals. In the same way, however, they also confirmed the usefulness of the orders issued by the authority of the Reich Protector, since they alone were able to determine the effects of these orders. For the large number of special authorities they have always formed the necessary brackets and ensured that the special administrations do not work side by side or even unconsciously against each other. Where such ancillary work has been found, the inspectors have in most cases been able to eliminate it with skill and initiative themselves. af
