English Translation

2a - 2 - the activities of the administration must be adapted to the requirements of war, i.e. generous, free of all bureaucratic obstacles, etc. With regard to the second sentence in II(c),it is proposed that it be omitted,as a justification for considering the individual areas of activity as still necessary for processing,is not necessary, and also means an unnecessary link for the future. Sentence in II c would then perhaps be to be formulated "In each individual case, however, the question of the importance of war must be put to work". On the basis of the short time available, it is not possible to comment on the list of future absent and restricted areas of work either in detail or in principle, especially since there is also a lack of a list of tasks and areas of employment to be further worked on in the future. val 00828 44-Hauptsturmführer. - 102 @r@
