The German Labour Front therefore does not participate in meetings which a Czech speaker leads. This situation leads to the fact that the adoption of urgent wage statements often has to be overcharged and that a tight monitoring of wages according to the model of the old Reich cannot be carried out. Since the interests of German entrepreneurs and workers are affected in almost all sectors of the economy, the autonomous administration is, on the other hand, not able to prepare business-oriented and usable statements without the involvement of German experts. It is therefore considered necessary by the NSDAP to carry out special consultations with Germans, who are usually heard in so-called supervisory working committees of the party association silence.
