English Translation

The oral discussion is intended to avoid any unnecessary correspondence in the future. In the transport meetings only basic transport questions of railway, motor vehicles, and shipping are to be discussed. They should not replace the specialist meetings of the individual modes of transport or transport facilities. The circle of the regular participants mentioned in the transcript is kept as small as possible for defence reasons and limited exclusively to German nationals. However, the supervisory authorities are left unabated - if it is appropriate or necessary - to involve other parties and, if possible, German representatives at the meetings. For the participation of Czech nationals at the sessions, the respective representative of the supervisory authority referred to in the address assumes responsibility in the context of the general exercise. Such questions must, of course, be dealt with confidentially or in secret, depending on the degree of their need for protection, and must only be used for official purposes. I would ask you to confirm receipt of this letter, indicating the representative to be sent by you, and I would like to ask you not to leave it at the coal meetings since then.
