Rejection to the organization of transport lines in the rest of the Reich seems to be the most appropriate form of joint advice in transport places. In this context, it is advisable to shift the emphasis in the coal meetings since then, in which coal transport issues have been dealt with in the first place, more to general transport issues; the meetings will therefore be referred to as 'transport meetings'. They will be held every Tuesday at 8.30 a.m. at my department in the Department of Transport and Technology, III Stoek, room 94, in times of tense traffic conditions. In the case of normal traffic conditions, the meetings will only be held on the first Tuesday of the month at the same time. In order to avoid unnecessary administrative burdens, no invitations or agendas are sent in general. If questions are to be asked for discussion, which require the preparation of the parties concerned, timely mutual communication is sufficient.
