However, this does not affect the rights which the state bodies have in these matters on the basis of the existing or future laws for reasons of public policy and public security as well as effective supervision. /§ 128 para.4 VU/. 4. The principles set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 are also meant as the equality of citizens of different nationalities and, in the provisions referred to in paragraph 2, also as the equal treatment of nationals of different races; the provision set out under paragraph 3 must not be used for violent denationalisation or harassment. In the spirit of the previous provisions, belonging to a particular language or race may never be an occasion for the designation as a state-inalienable person. 6. The principle of the equality of all citizens of the Tachechoslovak Republic before the laws /§ß l06 and 128 Vu./ binds the organs of the legislative, governmental, executive and judicial power. B./ Obtaining national peace. 1. The State, through its own activities as well as the promotion of other public or private activities, contributes to the mutual knowledge, understanding and peaceful coexistence of citizens of different ethnic, racial and religious affiliations and ensures the prevention of yogic national, racial or religious intolerance and its consequences. 2. The municipalities and other public bodies are obliged to support this activity.
