41. 102 If there is to be a peaceful development in the Czechoslovak state, then the following state and legal system must be created after the production of Sudeten Germanism: l. The establishment of full equality and equality with the Czech people. 2.Acknowledgment of the Sudeten German ethnic group as a legal personality in order to maintain this equal position in the state. 3.Acknowledgement and recognition of the German settlement area. 4.Building of a German self-government in the German settlements,in all areas of public life,as far as interests and matters of the german ethnic group are concerned. 6. I would have the right to take our claims further.If I do not do so,it is for the sake of showing that, despite all the bitter experiences, Sudeten Germanism is willing and willing to make a sincere and serious contribution to the preservation and consolidation of peace.It is now up to the state leadership and the Czech people to provide the same serious proof and to speak less of peace, but to do something more for him. It is precisely to us, as a dangerous German, who struggles for his survival, that a view of the world had to be captured, whose supreme law is the law of the community.It is a question of the mind, whose freedom is guaranteed by the Constitution to the citizen. We, too, claim to be in conflict with the fundamental laws of the state.
