The provisions of this paragraph concerning the language right of the autonomous authority are contained with minor amendments in Articles 70,71,1, 79, 33, 25 and 89 of the previous implementing regulation. Unsystematically, the subsuming of the fifth paragraph on the language use of the National Assembly appears in these paragraphs. The use of the language of the National Assembly is governed by laws 325 and 326 /192o. § 4 assumes the provisions of § 4 of the 1920 Language Act as unchanged. § 5 assumes the previous provisions of § 5 of the Language Law of l920, supplemented by the provisions of paragraph 2. Furthermore, §§ 6 and 7 remain unchanged. Paragraph 4 of § 8 introduces a new provision, the value of which cannot be disclosed because it is left to the authority to regulate this area of international law.
