- 5 - SS Language Law of 1 920 (§ 2), partly contained in Article 37 of the Language Regulation. The second paragraph takes over the provisions of Article 2l, paragraph 1 of the Languages Regulation. Paragraph 3, with minor amendments, takes over the provisions of Article 23 of the Language Regulation and provides for a small simplification in criminal proceedings, which, however, has more meaning than the granting of extended national rights in the language of non-Czechs. Paragraph of this paragraph is taken from Article 35 of the Language Regulation. Paragraph 5 is taken over from Articles 16 and 78 of the Languages Regulation with the strange addition, which lacks any accuracy,in which it is said "to do entries in Czecho-Wak language .......... if the charakter of the matter requires ..... " Paragraph 6 also corresponds to the previous provisions of the Language Regulation with minor amendments to the provisions of Article 72, paragraph 3, paragraph 7 is taken over from Article 25 of the Languages Regulation. Paragraph 8 is taken up from Article 12 of the Linguistic Regulation and does not make any significant changes.
