- 23 - 48 to set up the same local education commissions and in the relevant judicial districts district education committees of their language. /2/ Where nationals of a nationality form a minority, independent district education committees and local education commissions of their language shall be set up for the same under the conditions laid down in the applicable regulations, or any other organisation shall be established in such a way that the same organisation best meets the needs of the persons for whom it was established; for this purpose, in particular, local education committees may be organised as district training commissions. Member of the District Education Committee , the Local or District Education Commission may become only a national of the nationality for which the Committee or the Commission is designated. The expenditure for these Education Committees commissions shall be covered in the same way as the expenditure for the other Educational Committees and Commissions. /3/ Where a minority education committee or a minority training committee is also established, the local education commission or the district education committee of any territorial self-government association shall, in addition to the compulsory contribution, also receive a subsidy of any kind, and through any mediation, a further State contribution may be granted to such a commission or committee only if the minority committee or the Commission has received a contribution in proportion to the duration and its specific tasks from the same territorial selfgovernment association. /4/ Further provisions are contained in the Act on the Crganization of Popular Courses for Civic Education and the applicable implementing regulations.
