-22 - Self-administration of higher education institutions. § 43 . /1/ Higher education institutions are entitled to choose their own institutions and internal administration without regard to their language of instruction. /2/ The more detailed rules contain the applicable rules on the organisation of higher educational institutions and on the service of university teachers.
