-6 - 21 the mother because the father does not care the same thing, the mother can, with the consent of the guardianship court, file a complaint to the authority referred to in section 6 (1), that she registers the child for her own nationality. /3/ Persons other than those referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 may, after attaining their l8 year of age, notify the authority referred to under section 6 (1) of the nationality of their profession. § 5. Every Czecho-Slovak citizen over the years can inform the authority mentioned in the 9 6 paragraph 1 that he has a different nationality than that which results for him from the provisions of S§ 3 and 4. § 6. /1/ The advertisement according to § 4 para. 2 and 3 and § 5 shall be reimbursed to the district authority responsible for the place of residence; in cities with their own statute which exercise the competence of the district authorities, to the regional authority competent for the country of residence, to persons who have no residence in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic with the Lanle authority in Prague. /2/ This authority recognises the commitment to a nationality other than that of the mother tongue, only in the case of those who do not use their mother tongue in their family, private life and who speak the language of that nationality, and in which it cannot be concluded from the circumstances of the case that this is done for the purpose of achieving a benefit resulting from this vigour or from the regulations on which the law is based or which serve to implement it. In the case of Jews, the concept of Jewish naturality is recognised even if the linguistic requirements are not met. /3/ The right-wing decision is shared by the authority with the statistical office nit, which takes it in note and takes it into evidence. § 7 , The authority's decision according to § 6 para.2 also determines the nationality of the descendants of those persons to whom the notification refers, insofar as they are not older than 18 years at the time the decision was issued.
