29 Nationality Statute of the Czechoslovak Republic. Part I. Equality of citizens regardless of national nationality. § 1. /1/ All citizens of the Czechoslovakian are completely equal before the law and enjoy the same civil and political rights, regardless of which race, language or religion they belong. / § l28 Abs.l of the constitutional document/. /2/ The difference in religion, belief, creed and language constitutes within the limits of the general laws for no citizen of the Czechoslovak Republic a hindrance, in particular not for access to public services, ministries and dignity or for the exercise of any trade or profession. / § 128 para.2 of the Constitutional Deed/. /3/ Citizens of the Czechoslovak Republic may freely use any language within the limits of the general laws in private and commercial transactions, in religious matters, in the press and in all publications or public popular assemblies / § l28, para.3 of the Constitution Deed /. /4/ In any case, the rights conferred on the State institutions in these matters on the basis of the existing or future laws to be enacted on grounds of public order shall not be affected by the law governing the security of the State, as well as effective supervision and supervision. / § l28 para.4 of the Constitutional Deed/. /5/The provisions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 also refer to the equality of nationals of different nationalities, under the provision mentioned in paragraph 2 also to the equal rights of mamemhmad nationals of various races. /6/ Belonging to a particular language, race or religion cannot constitute a reason for a person to be described as unreliable by the state. /7/ Belonging to a particular nationality or race is and must not be, for Czechoslovak citizens, a reason for unequal treatment in the provision of support and contributions from public funds to which there is no legal claim under the applicable rules.
