Order of the Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour of September 1944 on the simplification of the official monitoring of the salary structure of employees during the total use of the war. According to §§ 8 and 21 of the Government Decree of 7 December 1942, Coll. No. 404/42, concerning the safeguarding of wage and salary stability as well as the morale of work I determine: § 1 The power to grant salary increases to employees within the meaning of the Private Employee Act of July 1934, Coll. no. l54, up to the limit of 4,0oo Kronen gross per month is transferred to the employment offices. § 2 /l/ During the total war effort, applications for salary increases for employees within the meaning of the Private Employee Act of July 1 934, Coll. No. 154, may be submitted to the employment offices only on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October in the form of collective applications from the enterprises. /2/. Applications for increases in current salaries and other regular allowances and for increases of earnings through one-off allowances may not be submitted to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour before 1 April 1945, if and to the extent that a wage of lo.ooo K gross is exceeded monthly. In the case of recruitment, earnings of more than 100 K per month may be granted only if these were already customary for the employment of the employee on 1 5 January 1992 in the employment establishment and if the income received in the dispensation establishment is not exceeded. The provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 shall also apply, if the salary in question is higher than the income in the company in which the tax is paid, in accordance with § 5, para. 3 of Reg.
