tV - 5 - Section VI still insists on a quite negative point, since this rejection may be the result of full insurance of agriculture and forestry. In 1944, in fact, it could be called into question that a ressorted result would be too expensive to purchase, on the one hand, the agricultural and forestry workers on the other hand, as well as the equalization of the social policy treatment of agriculture and forestry in Bohemia and Moravia with that of the rest of the Reich, in Jaal Central European countries, as a result of the abolition of the right to compensation for the unbearable opposition to the treatment of industrial and industrial workers, and on the same basis, I see myself obliged to request your final decision in the sense that you comply with the effectiveness of the sections of the amendment: "Special provisions for agricultural and forest holdings" under the conditions indicated above with l.l.944. Any resistance, as always, is open to the public. The social dimension of the regulation of this question, which is the social dimension in our economic and public life, the importance of which I do not have to underscore to you, is the fact that the generous acceptance of the supreme price authority has determined a path which actually reduces the burden on agriculture to a level which is acceptable without over-extension of the agricultural capacity. The possible objection that the labour burden on the services and individual farmers caused by the entry into force of the amendment on agriculture could not be reversed in the present period of total war must be countered by the fact that this labour burden is not at all significant in the planned form of collection of contributions by issuing the already prepared lifting rolls to the municipal authorities. Moreover, this process has long since been introduced by the Prager Anstalt and is in no way in a disproportion with the benefit of accident protection for the agricultural population. I am doing another thing when I emphasize to you that, to my request, I do not, in this matter, have any personal interest or selfish meritorious point of view in the institution which I have headed, as the institution ai the insurers of accident insurance in the Protectorate.
