16 - 3 - In particular, this flat-rate agreement provided that the state administration in Moravia of the accident insurance institution in Brno paid the insurance contributions for the agricultural machinery of small farmers / extent of the area up to 25 and 45 ha, depending on the growing area / with a total amount of 300.oooK per year, so that the small farmers were free of contributions and the institution, on the other hand, spared the manipulative side of the collection of the insurance premiums for around 165.00o agricultural machinery. In the case of the accident insurance institution for Bohemia in Prague, the state was so that the insurance contributions for agricultural machinery were collected by the municipalities on the basis of leverists by the agricultural landowners, whereby the owner of the agriculture and his wife were included in the insurance with a however inadequately fictitious annual work earnings. In view of this situation, it is my intention to work since the beginning of the management of the institution in Brno with all the means at my disposal for the entry into force of the full accident insurance of agriculture and forestry from 1.1.944. My repeated meetings with the responsible section head in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour, Oberregerungsrat Schneider, have led to the achievement of a contribution for the costs of insurance of agriculture and forestry in such a way that the fire insurance companies under the title "Uncost reduction in insurance of the agriculture" were obliged to pay an amount of 50 million kroner per year, which was initially secured for the years 1944 and 1945. Since the accident insurance institutions have calculated the cost of the insurance of agriculture when the farmers, their spouses, pensioners and family members are involved, on the basis of an annual wage calculated on the ground that the material is available at 22.4OK per hectare, the total requirement for Bohemia and Moravia amounts to around 78 million kronor, so that the farmers themselves would have to pay only an amount of about 28 million Kronor, which corresponds to the amount of 8.-K per hectare. As so far in Bohemia the insurance contribution for agricultural machinery, to which ha was converted the amount of 5.5oK, results in an additional burden of 2.50K per hectare, i.e. a very minimal increase. In Moravia this additional burden on insurance contributions amounts to
