My good man, the best father of his children, our dear son, son-in-law and brother-in - law GUSTAV OBERLIK, sergeant (R.O.B.) in a Grenadier regiment, died on December 15, 1943 in the east. Just as no sacrifice was too great for him in the struggle for people and homeland, he has now given up his last for the Great German Empire and its future. His love and care for us remains unforgotten! His honest attitude and his upright camaraderie spirit will continue to live with all who knew him.
