Kloiber: For reasons of national and state politics, a racial-political survey on the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia is necessary. I commissioned Prof. Dr. B. K. Schultz, representative for racial biology at the German Karls University in Prague, with the implementation of the latter via the Reinhard Heydrich Foundation. Prof. Schultz is not available, however. Dr. A. Kloiber, who is best acquainted with the problem through years of his own work, is lecturer Dr. Kloiber. As far as I know, Dr. Kloiber is wounded for the second time and is located in the Res. Hospital Wien V, Hartmanngasse. I would like to point out that the above-mentioned examination is of great importance and urgency and therefore ask for as soon as possible the Uk position of San. Uffz. Dr. habil. A. Kloiber.
