For a large work on the Danube and the Danube landscapes prepared by our publishing house, we have commissioned our co-worker, Fräulein Friederike M a l l y , to draw landscapes, archi- tectures and folk motifs throughout the Danube region. In the last two months Miss Mally has completed the first part of this order (Schwarzwald to Vienna or to the Slovak border). In order to be able to complete her order in the next few months, Miss Malley has to travel to the further Danube area and for this purpose needs the entry permit, especially to the states: Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. We would therefore like to ask you, Mr President-in-Office of the Council, to support this company, which is important in terms of cultural policy, and to encourage the representations of the countries concerned to grant Miss Friederike Mally the visa for the period from August to October 19942 and the allocation of the necessary foreign exchange (equivalent to RM 300 for Slovakia and for each RM 500 for Hungary and Romania). Furthermore, we would like to ask you, Mr Superior, to provide Miss Mally with a letter that will legitimize her against the authorities in the event of any difficulties.
