5/95-9 IX11 Prague, 16 February 1942. 1942 1) The law firm relies on special documents: Mr. Bollacher. The Secretary of State points out that, in his opinion, the Czech workers and craftsmen who work in his home forged the certificates of duration throughout in their favour. This was facilitated by the fact that in many cases the certificates in question were held in Czech and therefore were not legible for the staff. Moreover, the staff who had to do their homework could not be expected to pay attention to the working time. It was therefore appropriate to have the invoices checked in detail from now on whether the work invoiced had been correctly calculated taking into account the arrival and departure and the nature of the work.
