Excerpted copy from the telex dated January 12th - No. 149 of the Oberlandrat inspector Dr.Eckoldt, Moravian-Risch-Weißkirchen. From the correspondence to the party co-operative Wollner, which I have been informed of, I have taken that for the German executives two tigerets per day and man are provided, while the Czech skipper receives only lo cigarettes in the week. For obvious political reasons, the Ing.Kleinert, who is present in Moravian-Weißkirchen, has decided today, at my request, to grant the same number of cigarettes per day and per man, especially since this corresponds to the Reicha regulation, a possible withdrawal is easier and the party's willingness to give two cigarettes was expressed.
