6 Mr. Bergdir.E.Müller'Karwin.) When Mr. Schmelzer wanted to go to his family on home leave for more than three-quarters of a year at Christmas, Mr. Melzer spoke to the Bergdirektion-Karwin about housing, but was again told to Mr. v.Bardeleben, since without his consent nothing can be given at all. Mr. Schmelzer asked Mr. v.Bardeleben at least on 17 December 1942 to allocate a room for his family to at least give a little pleasure at home.Mr. von Bardeleben replied here - literally the following:I didn't think you were in Karwin anymore, you don't even have the right to an apartment, the apartments are only there for my people and that's just me, besides, there's no place for you at the mountain hut, they come from the lignite udd I only took you in because Mr. Dr. Schicke- tanz asked me to do so and I ask you very, very much to look around for another post. Since Mr. Schnelzer was not presented by any authority of the mountain hut even one atom of social sensitivities, he gave up the constant bitten and reported these events to Prague. On 25 January 1943, Dr. Schicketanz visited in the presence of Mr. Müller-Karwin and Oberinsp. Cobiet-Karvin, the unworthy dwelling conditions of Mr Schmelzer. After further incredible events, which should not be discussed, Mr. Schmelzer finally received on 1 April 1943 a flat shared, which used to serve office purposes at the shaft! At the Berhütte there is no need for housing, as childless families (but mostly directors) have great pleasures of up to 14 rooms with huge garden land, service staff and mostly several workers (for the total use of war) besides the permanent plant gardener. The pleasure grown in the garden can not be consumed by two people and are proof in hands that the receipts are shifted outwards, while next door families with several children with great difficulty have to buy salad and other expensive. On May 3, 1943, Mr. Schmelzer, after having been completely unused at the mountain hut for more than a year, spoke to Dr. Schicketanz for the last time. On 4.llai 1943 Mr. Schmelzerky was called Mr. Kramer-Karwin,where he should justify himself, dntgierr Dir.Kramer was mentioned in the minutes in the written sense:Mr. Kramar's speech was that he would not have rejected the garden for the four families (all witnesses in the decision-making stand against this),only he would have refused because of some lattes and the workers, etc. At the same hour, however, another director (Mr. Kaalberg) said all the wood and wood for other purposes to families involved in the house 432 etc. There were then commissions to the next few days, where two directors (Mrs. Kramer and Mr. Kaelberg) hailed a whole morning and the garden history.Mr. Schmelzer presented the two directors on that day in the presence of the Highnesseräger (Kozdon-Karwin) and the worksobmannes, which he invited. These useless, time-consuming debates should not be reproduced here. On May 2nd, 1943, Mr. Schmelzer was called to Mr. v.Bardeleben, where Mr. Dr. Kramer was present again. The protocol written on May 3rd was spoken through, which should also not be reproduced here, because everything was handled in a completely different way in truth and strikes every social sense of right in the face.
